This is the process if you wish to have your product repaired by YUNEEC Europe GmbH.
To send your product in for repair, please start by creating a ticket here on the portal. Describe your issue briefly and precisely, and then submit the ticket.
After sending the ticket, you will receive a confirmation email promptly. In some cases, we may attempt to resolve your issue remotely. However, if an on-site repair is necessary, please print the ticket number and shipping instructions. Include these documents with your product before sending it in for repair.
Once you've properly packaged your product, send it for repair to the YUNEEC Europe GmbH workshop in Kaltenkirchen, Germany. Before dispatching the package, please check the contents to ensure nothing is missing.
Upon arrival at our workshop, your product will undergo a thorough examination. The examination and the creation of a cost estimate typically cost €50, in addition to shipping charges. Please note that this fee is waived in the case of warranty claims.
After receiving the cost estimate, the decision is yours: you can confirm the repair and pay the costs or decline and only pay the €50 service fee along with the shipping costs.
If you choose to proceed with the repair, the €50 will be deducted from the repair costs. After payment, your product will be repaired as quickly as possible and returned to you.
